Montauk Monster Similar to Panama Mystery Creature

The ugly creature that supposedly washed up on the eastern shore of New York in 2008 was similar to the Panama mystery creature that was recently found by a group of teenagers. No tests were done on the Montauk creature's body, so it has never been concluded as to the creature's origins. Some claim the Montauk monster was a movie prop. Others think the Montauk monster was a hoax. Some disbelievers believe it was a photoshopped pic, and others say that the Montauk monster was simply a decomposing animal.

What do you think? Here is a photo of the Montauk monster.

Mystery Creature's Body Found in Panama

Mystery Creature's body found in Panama by terrified teenagers as they were hanging out near a cave by a waterfall in Cerro Azul. The mystery creature's body was described as being very similar to the Montauk monster that washed up about a year ago along the eastern shore of the United States.

The mystery creature's body found in Panama just north of Panama City has a bit of a different story attached to it. According to the teens, they encountered the ugly Montauk monster creature thing on Saturday, and it was alive and crawling by the cave. They claim that they were so scared that they beat the mysterious creature with sticks and threw rocks at it until they killed it. Then they disposed of the slimy, hairless body by dumping it into the lake. The teens said that after they calmed down, they returned to take photos of the mystery creature's body that they had found. Supposedly the creature's body was then picked apart by vultures.

The Montauk monster was named after the town in New York where it washed up in the summer of 2008. No exact conclusions have been drawn as to the creature's origin, as there is only a photo as evidence of the monster. It is believed by many to be the body of a raccoon, but it still has not been identified.

Like the Montauk monster, the mystery creature's body found in Panama was hairless, had rubbery skin, and was not at all attractive. Many believe it may have been a sloth that had lost its hair. Whether the mystery creature's body found in Panama is a hoax, a washed up diseased sloth, or something else remains to be seen.
